Dark Chocolate with Farina Bona - from Laflor
The tangy cacao from Hacienda San Cayetano is infused with Farina Bona. Farina Bona is the typical corn variety from the Onsernone Valley, which thanks to the very fine grinding of gently roasted grains, gives the chocolate the taste of popcorn. We recommend this chocolate for the chocolate fondue, but it can also be eaten as a chocolate bar.
