We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
be in the same condition as received
be unused and unworn
include all original tags
be returned in its original packaging
be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Custom or personalised products are not eligible for return.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Gift boxes must be returned complete and in full.
We do not accept partial returns of individual items contained within a gift box.
The following items are non-returnable:
perishable goods (such as food or beverages)
personalised or custom-made products
personal care and cosmetic products, once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
the item is defective
the item is damaged
you received the wrong item
We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging
proof of purchase is required
In this case:
the product price and standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded
return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
This right does not apply to personalised items, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, or perishable products.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
