Spicy Hot Chocolate - from Laflor
This blend of Original Brazil Fazenda Vera Cruz 70% chocolate with Peruvian aji (Capsicum chinense) and a hint of cardamom from Guatemala is magical. After a lot of experimenting with different types of aji and chili, Laflor achieved the perfect result. The eccentric, fresh, slightly bitter chocolate takes on a new dimension thanks to the rich dried fruit flavour of aji and the warming notes of cardamom. Your mouth is full of exotic happiness.
The drinking chocolate becomes particularly creamy in a milk frother. Although, using water instead of milk gives a lighter consistency with a powerfully pure flavour.
