The Tiny Factory is a small, passionate team dedicated to creating granola and roasted nuts. What unites them is a love for creation, attention to detail, and a high standard of quality, values that shine through in every step of their process.

The Tiny Factory was founded by Sibylle in Zurich, following a sabbatical in San Francisco in 2008. During her time there, she discovered freshly baked muesli and granola, something she deeply missed upon returning to Switzerland. What began as personal experimentation in her kitchen slowly became something more. For years, she shared her granola with friends as gifts, until their repeated encouragement led her to bring it to market. Nearly ten years later, The Tiny Factory was born, organically and without a business plan, driven by a single intention: to create a product that would truly delight both customers and gift recipients.

Quality has always been the guiding principle. Ingredients are carefully selected for their freshness and taste, using certified organic raw materials sourced through Fair Trade. The Tiny Factory works without refined sugar, relying instead on fine maple syrup for natural sweetness. All recipes are vegan, free from preservatives, and roasted slowly and patiently to achieve the right balance of texture and crispness.

Sustainability, for The Tiny Factory, is closely tied to responsibility and balance. Maintaining high-quality ingredients comes at a cost, and the challenge lies in using resources as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible to offer a fair price without compromising standards. This careful balance shapes daily decisions and reflects a long-term, realistic approach to craft.

For Maison Myrthus, we selected the rosemary-roasted nuts, a crunchy, aromatic mix of almonds, cashews, and macadamias, delicately seasoned with sea salt and fresh rosemary. Ideal for sharing during a hike, a sunny pause, or an aperitif, these nuts reflect The Tiny Factory’s approach to flavor, craft, and thoughtful production.
